Mini's for mini's Ages 3-6

The "Mini's for Mini's 3-6 Pony Program is a fun program designed for young children. 

Children will learn about horsemanship on the ground, using miniature horses. The small size of our miniature horses are beneficial because they are exactly like horses, but less intimidating, making them perfect for ground work, leading, brushing, and safety. Children engage in team emphasized exercises, and find themselves learning valuable skills in a fun, and exciting atmosphere. Our program facilitator has 16+ years of experience instructing preschool and working in head start classrooms. 

Each lesson is 45 min - 1 hour and includes:  

~ Learning about horses, donkeys, goats, and sheep

~ A craft, colouring sheets, or games 

~ Physical work with the miniature horses, learning basic handling skills through a variety of games, and obstacle courses  

~ Hands - on farm experience 

~ A pony ride (minimum once per month)

Children will be learning about:   

- Horse handling 

- Safety around horses

- Grooming 

- Horse feeding 

- Horse care 

- Horse body language 

- And much more!  

Cost is $150/Month + GST

or $175/Month + GST for private lessons
